I've thought about that and discovered that I am blessed; very rich indeed. And, it comes with no sorrow. He showed me this in the Word. I believe it! Now that would mean prosperity in every and all my affairs!

If you live in the Payson, Arizona, area there is a support group that meets the first and third Tuesday of each month at East West Exchange Bookstore and Gifts, 100 N. Tonto Street (Corner of Tonto and Longhorn). The group is called Plan-D Support which stands for process-free living. In other words, we avoid processed foods for a healthier choice in what we eat. We come together at these times to enjoy a time of sharing our different experiences, foods, disciplines, choices, best places and sources, etc. for a healthy lifestyle. Do join us sometime and see if this support group isn't something for you!

Weekly Health Tip
May through July are the best months for cucumbers even though they are available all year long. Add them to your menu plans during the warm summer months for a refreshing cool taste. Thinner, smaller cucumbers will generally have less seeds than those that are thicker, larger. While the seeds are edible and nutritious some people prefer not to eat them. To easily remove them, cut the cucumber lengthwise and use the tip of a spoon to gently scoop them out. Remember, if at all possible, purchase unwaxed cucumbers. Waxed cucumbers should always be peeled. Cucumbers are a great source of hydration as they are primarily composed of water but they also contain vitamin C.
Recipe of the Week
ONION BREAD
Recipe from Rawvolution.
3 yellow onions
3/4 cup flax seed - ground
3/4 cup raw sunflower seed - ground
1/3 cup Shoyu or Tamari
1/3 cup olive oil
Thinly slice all of the onions. Use a mandolin if you have one for slicing the onions. Put all of the ingredients in a bowl and stir. At first it may seem like you have too many onions, but keep on stirring and the onions will start to soften and it will turn into a more dough like consistency. Then spread on Teflex sheets and put in dehydrator overnight. Flip onto mesh screen as soon as the bread comes easily off of the Teflex and dehydrate another couple hours or until crispy.
The sooner you flip them, the faster they are ready to eat... YUM!
